Completed in fall of 2022, Lahinch Group and partners redeveloped this historic mill into a mixed-use office, retail and residential complex in the heart of Downtown Utica, NY.

This certified historic rehabilitation project converted an empty shell of a building into 20,000 sf of commercial/retail space and 64 residential units.
